Top 5 restaurants in Malaysia are somehow found in KL.

One thing I know for sure, there are a number of good restaurants located at Changkat Bukit Bintang and so happened 2 are amongst the top 5 now. (suppose top 5 but 2 is Non-Halal restaurant.) so that i list 3 here...
