benda tu la yang dok bermain main dalam otak sekarang... nak tulis proposal thesis bukan nyer senang... esp nak masuk postgraduate.. maturity mestila kena ada dalam penulisan. kawan dah amik keputusan untuk sambung belajar.. buget dah cukup kira self finance jer.. tapi yang best nak amik jalan sukar.. master in sciene engineering kat Universiti Malaya. godek godek website dia ternampak lak offer.. apa laie terus la register... adess.. tiba tiba nak thesis proposal la plak.. sebab mode study yang kawan amik ni research bukan coursework.. hu hu hu.. so mencari idea la tajuk yang sesuai.. mmg kawan dah ada tajuk.. bahkan bahan rujukan pn dah ada.. tapi paham paham ler.. bila nak start ... terus brain lock.

fening fening.. kang tulis merapu.. tak dapat lak enrollment... hu hu hu...harap harap idea kawan ni dapat ler menarik minat orang orang kat UM tu...

tapi terima kasih kepada Hamizura kerana sanggup tolong kawan dari segi metal dah material. Tak terbalas jasa.. Nanti balik mesia fruz belanja makan... hik hik hik

Its not easy to be a Vegetarian

Setelah kerja dalam stress selama 3 bulan the effect from it muncul...the most obverious is my weight.. penambahan berat yang ketara...bukan aper.. kawan takleh hidup dalam stress .. keinginan untuk makan amatla tinggi...

since seluar pn mengetat.. begitu juga baju.. setelah kerja dah berkurangan.. program diet pn start la... every 2 days.. berenang... kontrol makan.. tak makan banyak2...

tapi benda yang membuatkan kawan teringin untuk menulis ialah kesusahan menjadi vegetarian. Bukan aper.. start dari Jumaat lepas.. atas sebab kesibukan semua orang.. so makan kat rumah jer.. sekarang ni ,malas nak memasak.. everbody masak sendiri sendiri...

kawan pn apa laie main rebus rebus la.. mostly frozen vegetable.. kat sini frozen jer la.. nak dapat fresh susah dan agak mahal....

so apa laie... jadi vegetarian la...1st day ok, 2nd day ok... 3 rd day still ok.. but the 4th day.. badan dah start rase effect.. kaki rase tak kuat jer... maybe sebab low diet calori intake...rase cam nk pengsan jer....

so ari yang ke 5... aka semalam.. ajak orang rumah ler kuar makan.. hentam abis abis ayam goreng ...

moral of story.. standing ovation to person yang makan sayur jer... perh... camner la korang tahan nafsu nak makan daging... tepuk tepuk
